Lil Tay, born Claire Hope, is a Canadian YouTuber, rapper, and internet sensation who quickly rose to fame in 2018 when she was just nine years old. Lil Tay’s Instagram account posted a cryptic message and has technically been inactive since June 2018, shortly after her appearance on Good Morning America and a bitter custody battle between her parents. All of her previous posts were erased and replaced with the words “help me”.
